We are pleased to inform you that the NATO Military Police Centre of Excellence is organising the Annual Military Police Lessons Learned Conference 2023 (AMPLLC-23) from 4 to 8 December 2023 in a hybrid mode – in Bydgoszcz, Poland and online (via CISCO WEBEX).
By Public Affairs Office on October 2023
The main purpose of the 10th edition of the Annual MP Lessons Learned Conference 2023 (AMPLLC-23) is to collect Lessons Identified (LI), Best Practices (BP) and Lessons Learned (LL) gathered from MP activities performed during the conflict in Ukraine and from other MP-related missions/operations within NATO/national security environment as well, and share them among the Military Police Community of Interest (Col) and our partners.

The maximum expected number of on-site participants is limited up to 28, yet, the number of delegates from one country or organisation is not limited.
There is no limit for the online mode of the event that will be performed via CISCO Webex platform.

In order to create a firm baseline for discussions, the following objectives have been assumed:
  1. Presentation of OBS/LI/BP/LL stemming from activities of Military Police and other Law and Enforcement services as well, engaged in the conflict in Ukraine;
  2. Development of lessons learned procedures for the purpose of collecting observations, performing analyses and sharing lessons identified among the MP Col;
  3. Enhancement of interoperability capabilities within the MP Col.
A dedicated syndicate work on the ongoing collection of Lessons Learned from the conflict in UKRAINE is to be organised IOT identify and analyse MP functions and capabilities applied in the said conflict.

As an outcome, a Lessons Identified Report (LIR) is to be developed, which could constitute substantial value for the entire MP/GTF Community, and be shared across NATO and other partner entities via the NATO LL Portal (administrated and managed by the JALLC) and MP LL Portal (administrated and managed by the NATO MP COE).

Conference fee amounts to 600,00 PLN for each participant.
