“The 11 Webinars Initiative” was initiated one week ago by a Hungarian representative at the NATO MP COE, who gave a presentation concerning the Military Police-related doctrines. It was provided to the Hungarian Defence Forces Military Police Centre (HDF MPC) in the Hungarian language.

The second nation in the sequence was Slovakia. The day of the webinar, 21 January 2021, marks an important date in the Slovak Military Police history. It is the 30th anniversary of the Slovak and Czech MP establishment as a unit in the Army of The Czech and Slovak Federal Republic.

On 1 January 1993, The Czech and Slovak Federal Republic split up into two independent states - The Czech Republic and The Slovak Republic. At the same time, the Army of The Slovak Republic was established which also included the Military Police.

The webinar began with the opening speech in which NATO MP COE Director, COL Mirosław ŁABĘCKI (POL) extended anniversary congratulations in the Slovak language. Afterwards, the Slovak representative at the Centre, Chief of Evaluation Section, gave a presentation for the Slovak Military Police Directorate concerning the Military Police Lessons Learned process in NATO.
Then, the SVK MP representative, Head of Operation Section, expressed his appreciation for the selection of the Slovak Military Police Directorate as the webinar recipient. In summary, both sides pointed out the importance of the Lessons Learned process in the Military Police.
