On 11–15 March 2019, the NATO Military Police Centre of Excellence (NATO MP COE), in co-operation with Romanian Military Police organised the 5th Provost Marshal Forum (PMF-19-5), in Bucharest, Romania.

The event gathered 48 participants from 19 NATO and PfP countries representing the NATO Command and Force Structure as well as national MP organisations.
The aim of the PMF-19-5 was to enhance and strengthen cooperation amongst Provost Marshals in order to exchange information, provide expertise, capture lessons learned and best practices, as well as to develop common strategies to support training, exercises and operations.
Therefore, the endeavour constituted a good opportunity for the attendees to take active part, discuss topics and to exchange opinions which are considered relevant to PMs in order to better accomplish their tasks.
In addition to that, the PMF-19-5 enabled participants to familiarise themselves with the structure, mission, tasks and responsibilities of the Multinational Division Southeast HQ and 265 ROU MP Battalion.
